What you'll do

As the Principal Lead for Global Security Operations at Okta, you will oversee the security and safety protocols at our offices across North America. You will lead the Executive Protection program, ensuring the safety of key personnel during events and daily operations. Your role will involve developing scalable security solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of the organization as it grows.

You will collaborate with various teams to assess security risks and implement strategies that mitigate those risks effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting security audits, developing training programs for staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies to enhance our security posture.

In addition to managing day-to-day security operations, you will play a key role in incident response planning and execution. You will lead investigations into security breaches and develop reports that inform senior management of potential vulnerabilities and recommended actions.
