Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in product analytics, where you've developed insights that drive product decisions and improve user engagement. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable using statistical modeling techniques to derive actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to foster a data-driven culture. You understand user behavior deeply and can translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for product development.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with user behavioral analysis and experimentation methodologies. You are adept at creating dashboards that visualize key metrics and trends, making it easy for stakeholders to understand the data. Your strong communication skills enable you to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

What we offer
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $140,670 and going up to $195,400, depending on your experience and qualifications.
