What you'll do

As a Senior Data Analyst at Chime, you will lead the analysis of member banking products, focusing on spending behaviors and product engagement. You will develop, test, and launch analytical frameworks that help the organization understand how members interact with Chime's offerings. Your role will involve conducting experiments to assess product features and their impact on user engagement and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on product roadmaps based on data insights, ensuring that product development is aligned with member needs and preferences.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards that track key performance indicators, providing real-time insights into product performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, allowing the team to make informed decisions that enhance the member experience. You will mentor junior analysts, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.
