Who you are
You have a strong empathy for the users of the products you create — your experience in mobile development has taught you the importance of user-friendly design and functionality. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in React.js or mobile development, you have a solid foundation in building applications that meet user needs. Your background includes experience with React Native, as well as some native iOS and Android development, allowing you to create seamless experiences across platforms. You have a proven track record of leading complex projects involving multiple engineers, showcasing your ability to collaborate and drive results. You understand the intricacies of building a mobile app with traffic at scale, and you are excited about the opportunity to innovate in the financial technology space.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, develop, test, release, and scale new and existing consumer product features and mobile architecture. You will work closely with our product team to launch new features that enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities will include developing thoroughly tested code and conducting quality assurance on all new code alongside our QA team. You will collaborate effectively with other technology teams and architects to solve complex problems that span their respective areas. You will thrive in a team environment as well as independently, delivering on aggressive schedules and goals. Your contributions will directly impact the core banking experience for our users, helping them achieve better financial health through innovative mobile solutions.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive base salary starting at $139,600 and going up to $218,900, depending on your level and experience. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits.
