You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the banking or financial services sector. Your organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are clear. Communication is one of your strengths — you can articulate ideas clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead day-to-day engagement with Chime's bank partners, ensuring that strategic priorities are met and innovative products are delivered to members. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to ensure that all initiatives align with bank requirements and regulatory standards. Your role will involve managing the end-to-end process for product and marketing development, from initial discussions to final approvals. Building strong relationships with both bank partners and internal stakeholders will be crucial to your success. You will represent Chime's strategic growth drivers and advocate for initiatives that enhance the partnership's value. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking progress on initiatives and reporting on outcomes to leadership.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $130,050 and going up to $180,600, depending on experience and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses and a competitive equity package.
