Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or technology sectors — you understand the nuances of building products that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes. Your ability to synthesize complex technical and regulatory inputs into clear, persuasive narratives sets you apart, allowing you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. You are data-driven and comfortable using SQL to analyze user behavior and inform product decisions. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work seamlessly with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams, ensuring alignment across all functions.
Desirable
Experience in B2B2C product development is a plus, as is familiarity with direct deposit and early wage access solutions. You thrive in environments that require deep understanding of user needs and regulatory landscapes, and you are adept at leading experimentation strategies to test hypotheses and unlock growth at scale.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy for MyPay at Work, focusing on enhancing financial security for Chime members. You will define and prioritize a roadmap that emphasizes employer-verified experiences, such as direct deposit and early wage access. Your work will involve partnering closely with go-to-market teams to develop B2B2C products that empower the sales team to succeed. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesizing inputs from various teams to drive decisions that align with Chime's mission of delivering better financial outcomes for working Americans. You will also be responsible for leading experimentation strategies to test product hypotheses and drive growth at scale.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive base salary starting at $176,490 and going up to $245,100, along with eligibility for bonuses and a competitive equity package. You will be part of a mission-driven team that is dedicated to improving financial security for millions of Americans. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective could be the key to our success.
