You'll work cross-functionally with various teams to drive product vision and execution. This role requires strong technical leadership in a regulated financial environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in platform environments, and have a strong technical background that allows you to understand complex systems. You thrive in leadership roles, guiding teams of product managers while ensuring alignment with company priorities and long-term scalability needs. Your ability to balance technical rigor with user experience is key to your success in this role.

You are adept at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure that product development aligns with regulatory requirements and company goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to various stakeholders.

What you'll do

You will lead and mentor a small team of individual contributor product managers, setting high standards for technical execution and product delivery. Your leadership will directly impact product velocity, member experience, cost efficiency, and regulatory outcomes across the company.
