You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ChimeCore, ensuring that platform investments align with company-level priorities. You will lead and mentor a small team of individual contributor product managers, setting high standards for technical execution and product delivery. Your leadership will directly impact product velocity, member experience, cost efficiency, and regulatory outcomes across the company.

You will be responsible for defining and tracking success metrics for the platform, conducting user research to identify friction points, and collaborating with marketing on acquisition campaigns. Your role will also involve setting the direction for product development, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet user needs and comply with regulatory standards.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $213,000 and going up to $285,000, along with eligibility for bonuses and a competitive equity package.
