What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute the roadmap for embedded AI experiences across Chime's internal operations. You will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance workflows, from automating documentation to providing proactive insights. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand pain points and ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable value. You will also be responsible for designing scalable and secure AI systems that align with Chime's operational goals. You will partner with engineering teams to ensure that AI tools are user-friendly and effectively integrated into daily tasks. Additionally, you will track the performance of AI initiatives and iterate on solutions based on feedback and data analysis.
