You are a seasoned Staff Data Analyst with a strong background in data management and analytics. You have experience leading data cleanup initiatives and are skilled at prioritizing tasks based on customer relevance and data accuracy. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Research, and Product. You understand the importance of data integrity and are committed to delivering high-quality insights that drive business decisions.

You possess a deep understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies, enabling you to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the company's data cleanup efforts, ensuring that the data used across Engineering and Research is accurate and comprehensive. You will take feedback from various teams, including Product, ESP, and IA, to prioritize segments and features that require cleanup. Your goal is to enhance the quality of company data, making it the most accurate in the industry, including data sourced from AI-derived methods. You will collaborate closely with team members to implement best practices in data management and ensure that the insights derived from the data are actionable and relevant to our customers.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data quality metrics, monitoring data integrity, and implementing processes to improve data accuracy. Your role will involve communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made effectively. You will contribute to the overall strategy of the company by providing insights that help shape our product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
