What you'll do

In this role, you will own core forecasting workstreams for key business metrics such as member growth, purchase volume, and deposit volume — you will be responsible for delivering in-year outlooks and contributing to longer-range forecasting efforts. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you build, maintain, and improve forecasting models that support Chime's growth objectives.

You will document your assumptions and create repeatable processes that enhance the accuracy and transparency of your forecasting efforts — your work will directly impact strategic decisions made by leadership. You will also be expected to present your findings in a clear and compelling manner, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

What we offer

Chime offers a competitive base salary starting at $152,000, with the potential to reach up to $210,000 based on experience and qualifications.
