You have strong experience as an AI Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, with a proven track record of designing and deploying AI-driven applications and services. Your expertise includes a deep understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI use cases, allowing you to create scalable tech solutions that meet business needs. You are familiar with frameworks such as LangChain and have experience building and integrating LLM-based solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.

You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions. Your background includes implementing data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services across various environments. You are committed to optimizing models and systems for performance, cost, and scalability, and you adhere to best practices related to model evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and responsible AI usage.

You stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends, and you contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and proof-of-concepts for AI initiatives. Your familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns enhances your ability to deliver innovative solutions. You also possess knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools, which complements your AI expertise.

Desirable

Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams is a plus, as is exposure to AI ethics, privacy, and security best practices. Previous experience in consultancy or client-facing projects will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do
