Who you are

You are a seasoned developer with strong expertise in Java and Kotlin, having worked extensively with backend systems and microservices architecture. Your experience includes implementing best practices in software development, such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD), ensuring high-quality code and maintainable systems. You are familiar with agile methodologies like SCRUM or KANBAN, which help you thrive in collaborative environments. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle technical challenges effectively, and you communicate well with team members to foster a productive atmosphere.

You have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and have utilized various services to enhance application performance and scalability. Your experience with databases includes both SQL and NoSQL systems, allowing you to choose the right tools for the job. You are also comfortable using version control systems like Git and have experience with Git Flow, which helps streamline your development process. Additionally, you have worked with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes, which are essential for modern application deployment.

Desirable

Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming solutions is a plus, as is experience with messaging systems like Kafka. Knowledge of API management platforms such as ApiGee and server-side technologies like Node.js can further enhance your contributions to the team. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualizing new features to deploying them in production and ensuring their ongoing support and improvement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of projects for one of Brazil's leading digital banks, making your work both challenging and rewarding.

You will engage in code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to help elevate the team's overall performance. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues will be crucial in maintaining system reliability and performance. You will also follow client-defined policies and processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with project goals.
