CI&T is seeking a Mid-Level Controller to support internal clients with financial analysis and project profitability. You'll work with Excel and Power BI to drive decision-making and efficiency in projects based in Campinas.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a background in Economics, Administration, or Accounting, and you are fluent in English β this will be essential for your daily interactions. With practical experience in Excel, you are comfortable using formulas, pivot tables, and charts to analyze data effectively. Your familiarity with Power BI and GSuite tools like Sheets, Docs, and Presentations enhances your ability to communicate insights clearly. Additionally, you have experience with Marco/VBA for Excel or Google Sheets scripts, which allows you to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial analyses that guide decision-making and project profitability. You will support managers in planning activities such as forecasting, budgeting, and tracking actual results against projections. Your role will involve creating scenarios, projections, and variance analyses to help formulate strategies that enhance project outcomes. You will monitor key performance indicators and propose actions to ensure project efficiency. Furthermore, you will facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices across different projects, ensuring that CI&T's business rules are communicated effectively.
