Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, as you will be collaborating with teams across the organization. You are also familiar with Lean and Agile methodologies, which help you drive continuous improvement in financial processes. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and consolidating detailed financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the data presented. You will conduct financial fluctuation analyses, currency variation assessments, and results comparisons between periods, aligning your insights with business specifics and seasonalities to support decision-making. You will closely monitor all lines of the P&L, identifying variations and relevant insights. Additionally, you will actively participate in the monthly closing process and the annual budget and monthly forecast preparation. Your role will also involve identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance area, promoting integration with other teams for automation and productivity gains. You will analyze and develop financial indicators and structure processes using PDCA methodologies. Furthermore, you will address the demands of the Investor Relations area, ensuring that all financial communications are clear and accurate.
