Who you are
You have a solid background in software architecture and system design, with extensive experience in creating scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise in messaging technologies like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka allows you to ensure seamless integration between systems and efficient data exchange. You are skilled in working with microservices and non-relational databases such as MongoDB, which enables you to design architectures that meet complex business needs.
You possess strong negotiation skills, allowing you to align technical solutions with business objectives effectively. Your ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams helps you translate requirements into technical solutions that drive success. You are committed to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance existing solutions and stay updated with the latest trends in messaging technologies.
Desirable
Certifications in software architecture or messaging technologies are a plus, as is experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with Camunda and BPMN will further enhance your profile, as will knowledge of architectural design patterns such as C4.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing software architectures based on messaging systems, ensuring integration between various systems and efficient data exchange. You will define standards and best practices for technology usage, collaborating closely with teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Performance analysis and optimization of messaging systems will be key aspects of your responsibilities, as will proposing and implementing continuous improvements to existing solutions.
You will lead the technical team, supporting negotiations between different areas and making critical technical decisions. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting best practices and innovative solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
