You have extensive experience in data architecture and technical leadership, with a proven track record of designing modern, scalable, secure, and high-impact data architectures. You excel at translating business strategies into technology solutions, ensuring that technical depth aligns with business outcomes. Your advanced English skills allow you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, making you a valuable asset in strategic discussions. You have a knack for coaching and mentoring senior architects and technical leads, helping to shape their career development paths. Your familiarity with consultancy and frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, and SAFe enhances your ability to lead architectural design and technology selection.
Desirable
You have experience in public speaking or thought leadership within engineering and architecture forums, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field. Your ability to govern technical quality across delivery squads ensures adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards, making you a trusted technical sponsor for CI&Tβs most strategic accounts.
What you'll do
In this strategic leadership role, you will define and lead end-to-end data architecture for complex ecosystems, balancing technical depth with business outcomes. You will act as a technical sponsor for CI&Tβs most strategic accounts, working closely with C-level clients and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals. Your responsibilities will include leading architectural design, technology selection, and proof-of-concepts for critical platforms and innovation programs. You will govern technical quality across delivery squads, driving adherence to security, performance, scalability, and privacy standards. Additionally, you will support pre-sales, proposal development, RFPs, and technical visioning with account teams and clients, ensuring that CI&T remains at the forefront of technology transformation.
