Who you are

You are a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer with a strong background in designing, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions. With over 5 years of experience, you have a deep understanding of tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI, and you are proficient in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. You are comfortable working with container orchestration environments like Docker and Kubernetes, and you have experience managing cloud-based infrastructure in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Your advanced English skills enable you to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, and you are committed to following security best practices across pipelines and infrastructure.

Desirable

You have exposure to GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux, and you are familiar with DevSecOps principles, including vulnerability scanning and security hardening. Certifications like AWS DevOps Engineer or CKA are a plus, as is experience managing hybrid environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that empower high-performance software development. You will collaborate with global teams across Brazil and EMEA to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems for world-class clients. Your responsibilities will include automating deployment, scaling, and maintenance of production environments, as well as configuring observability and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues, ensuring that security best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

You will also contribute to scripts and tooling for the automation of operational tasks and audits, working closely with developers, SREs, and architects to ensure efficient and secure software delivery. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving the processes and tools used by the team.
