You have solid experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a strong focus on managing cloud infrastructures, particularly with AWS services. Your expertise in Kubernetes and CI/CD tools allows you to maintain and optimize systems effectively, ensuring high availability and performance. You are skilled in troubleshooting production issues and leading incident response efforts, providing timely resolutions and root cause analyses. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams.

You thrive in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively while engaging with development teams to address questions and share best practices for deployment and operations. Your understanding of GitOps tools like Flux or ArgoCD is a distinguishing qualification that enhances your ability to streamline processes. Familiarity with AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and knowledge of Java applications are also valuable assets you bring to the table.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at CI&T, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing AWS EC2 and EKS clusters, ensuring they operate at peak performance. You will lead the troubleshooting of production outages, providing timely resolutions and conducting thorough root cause analyses. Your role will involve collaborating closely with development teams, addressing their questions, and sharing best practices for deployment and operations. You will effectively communicate with Directors and other stakeholders, providing updates on cluster status, incidents, and ongoing improvements.

You will implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, streamlining deployment processes and improving overall efficiency. Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the organization. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the client infrastructure and platform, ultimately driving tech transformation for CI&T's clients.
