You have a proven track record of building and nurturing communities, with a focus on engagement metrics and the impact of digital campaigns. Your previous experience includes creating content for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or podcasts, and you have an active network within technology and innovation communities. Knowledge of gamification tools to enhance community engagement is a plus, as is your ability to analyze engagement metrics to drive community growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and engaging the community around CI&T's AI and tech solutions. You will stimulate conversations, respond to interactions, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all community members. Your responsibilities will include creating strategic content for digital channels, planning and organizing webinars and online events, and curating guest speakers to enhance community engagement. You will also be responsible for translating technical updates about AI and CI&T Flow into clear messages that resonate with users and developers alike.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that community feedback is integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Your role will involve monitoring community engagement metrics and using this data to refine strategies and improve community impact. You will also play a key role in fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration among community members, ensuring that CI&T's brand voice is effectively communicated and that users feel connected to the brand.
