Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or a master's degree, with solid experience in machine learning and deep learning. Your expertise includes working with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision (CV), and generative AI, allowing you to tackle complex business problems effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey rigorous mathematical concepts to non-experts, and you are fluent in both English and Portuguese.

You have hands-on experience in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models into production, including batch and real-time data processing. Your practical knowledge of AWS services such as SageMaker, EMR, S3, DynamoDB, and EC2 equips you to utilize these tools effectively in your projects. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, which helps you extract relevant information from large datasets to automate and optimize key processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop robust and scalable AI solutions that address various business challenges. You will leverage foundation models available on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker to meet performance needs and enhance developer experience. Your responsibilities will include analyzing historical data to derive insights and improve productivity and quality across projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and scale agentic and generative AI solutions, ensuring they align with business outcomes.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, sharing your knowledge of machine learning best practices, and contributing to the overall growth of the AI capabilities within CI&T. As you drive AI transformation, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions that deliver measurable results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of AI applications in software engineering at CI&T.
