Overview

Cision is hiring an Analyst focused on client onboarding to engage with clients across the APAC region. You'll conduct product demos, facilitate onboarding, and ensure client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Who you are

You are a proactive individual with a strong focus on client onboarding and satisfaction. Your bilingual skills in Mandarin Chinese and English enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele across the APAC region. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the success of clients by maximizing the value of the Cision platform.

You possess a keen understanding of client needs and are dedicated to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to engage with clients and provide tailored solutions is complemented by your analytical mindset, allowing you to perform media analysis and create insightful reports that drive client success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will actively participate in both pre-sales and post-sales processes for the Cision platform. You will conduct product demonstrations to showcase the platform's capabilities and facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure clients are well-equipped to utilize the tools effectively. Collaborating closely with the Monitoring & Insights team, you will focus on maintaining continuous client satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise during the onboarding process.

You will engage with clients across eight markets in the APAC region, providing comprehensive support and guidance tailored to their specific needs. Your role will involve creating customized reports that highlight key insights and performance metrics, helping clients understand the value they are receiving from the Cision platform. You will also contribute to the development of best practices for client engagement and onboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all clients.
