What you'll do

As an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Team's efforts to attract and retain top talent. You will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding programs. Your contributions will help create a positive candidate experience and ensure that new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. By leveraging various sourcing channels, you will identify potential candidates and engage with them to promote Agoda's employer brand. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system and providing regular updates to the team on recruitment progress.
