Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in service delivery management, with a focus on ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Your experience includes working collaboratively with various teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external partners.
You understand the importance of metrics and performance indicators in service delivery, and you are adept at using these tools to drive improvements. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail sets you apart in this role. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions before they escalate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a key part of the Cision Insights team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Insights products and services. You will work closely with in-house teams to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards of quality and timeliness. Additionally, you will coordinate with third-party providers to align their services with our business goals.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating communication between teams.
