What you'll do

As an Insights Consultant at Cision, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller clients within a specific sector. You will address customer needs by presenting report findings and making actionable recommendations based on your insights. Your role will involve coordinating and executing tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads, ensuring that all deliverables meet customer expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving to address any challenges that arise, fostering strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support. Your contributions will help shape the future of communication for the brands we work with, making a meaningful impact on their success.
