What you'll do

As an Insights Consultant at Cision, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships for a subset of smaller clients within a specific sector. You will address customer needs by presenting report findings and making recommendations based on your analysis. Your role will involve coordinating and executing tasks delegated by Senior Insights Consultants and Sector leads, ensuring that all deliverables align with customer expectations.

You will engage with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, using your insights to guide them in making informed decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present findings and recommendations, helping clients to see the value in the insights provided.

Collaboration with your team will be key, as you will work closely with Senior Insights Consultants to ensure that all projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices within the team, sharing your insights and experiences to enhance overall performance.
