Trendyol is seeking an Insight Professional to generate deep customer insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll lead market research projects and work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. You have a strong background in generating customer insights and conducting market research β you understand both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and can effectively analyze data to inform strategic decisions. Your analytical thinking skills allow you to dissect complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions that drive customer-centric improvements. You are curious about customer behavior and enjoy exploring the nuances of what drives customer needs and pain points. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and business operations to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with organizational goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present findings in a compelling manner that resonates with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization. A background in finance or a related field can enhance your ability to contribute to the teamβs objectives.
