What you'll do

As the Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Hardware Repair Manager in overseeing day-to-day shop operations. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules and ensuring that technicians have the necessary resources to perform their tasks efficiently. Your role will involve maintaining a positive work environment that aligns with CleanSpark's policies and goals.

You will assist in training new staff and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
