What you'll do

As the Director of Security Operations, you will be responsible for leading the execution of CleanSpark’s security strategy across all facilities in Wyoming. This includes overseeing site-level security operations and ensuring that all security measures are effectively implemented and maintained. You will partner with IT and the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to integrate cutting-edge security technologies that enhance the safety of personnel and assets. Your role will involve conducting thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.

You will coordinate with vendors to ensure that security technologies are deployed effectively and that all personnel are trained in their use. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining a secure environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring security operations and making adjustments as necessary to respond to emerging threats or changes in the operational landscape.
