What you'll do
As the Marketing Operations Manager at ClearBank, you will join the Revenue Operations Team and report directly to the Revenue Operations Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the implementation of HubSpot and ensure its seamless integration with Salesforce. You will develop and maintain the marketing tech stack as it continues to evolve, ensuring that all tools are effectively utilized to support marketing initiatives. You will be accountable for reporting on marketing performance metrics, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Additionally, you will support the development and execution of marketing automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and lead generation. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing efforts.
