What you'll do

As a Program Manager at ClearEdge, you will lead and support a high-performing team dedicated to serving the Intelligence Community. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that programs are executed effectively, fostering collaboration among ClearEdge employees, partners, and customer stakeholders. You will drive solutions that advance mission success, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex technical challenges.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining program plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the program are aligned with organizational goals. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will also facilitate meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and innovation within the team.

In addition to program oversight, you will mentor and support team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
