You have a strong background in program management, particularly in engineering contexts, and are adept at managing complex, cross-functional projects. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are passionate about clean energy technology and understand the importance of electrification in combating climate change.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, product, hardware, firmware, and operations. Your organizational skills enable you to manage resources and budgets efficiently, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. You thrive in environments where you can drive exceptional customer value through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager at SPAN, you will take full ownership of all engineering programs executed from the Bangalore site. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will align with global stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.
You will manage resources and budgets, making strategic decisions to optimize project outcomes. Your role will involve regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to ensure transparency and accountability. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, encouraging input and feedback from all members to enhance project delivery.
