Who you are

You have a proven track record in product marketing, particularly in the travel sector, with at least 7+ years of experience leading marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. Your expertise in both B2C and B2B marketing allows you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and clarity in messaging.

You are adept at developing go-to-market strategies that not only highlight product features but also articulate the unique value propositions that set CLEAR apart in the marketplace. Your experience in lifecycle marketing equips you to manage the entire product journey, from launch to ongoing engagement, ensuring that customers remain connected and satisfied with their experiences. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating the complexities of marketing in a fast-paced industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for CLEAR's travel portfolio, setting the positioning and differentiation that will drive market success. You will lead the development of go-to-market strategies that align with both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-business marketing needs, ensuring that messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels. Your responsibilities will include crafting growth narratives that resonate with millions of travelers and partners, such as airlines and corporate agencies, to accelerate adoption and engagement.

You will collaborate closely with Product and Communications teams to bring new travel products and features to market, ensuring they are positioned effectively to meet customer needs. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance product offerings. You will set success metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on their impact to stakeholders.
