Clever is seeking a Director of District Partnerships - Sales to lead their sales team in connecting educational solutions to school districts across the U.S. This role requires strong leadership and strategic sales skills, with a focus on customer acquisition and relationship building.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with experience in the education sector or technology sales. You understand the unique challenges faced by school districts and are passionate about providing solutions that enhance student learning. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can coach and mentor your team to success. You are data-driven and can manage sales pipelines effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate Clever's mission and value proposition to diverse audiences.
Desirable
Experience in cybersecurity solutions for educational institutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the K12 education landscape. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for identifying customer needs and aligning them with Clever's offerings. A background in coaching sales teams to achieve high performance will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute sales strategies aimed at driving new business revenue growth while creating exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
