What you'll do

As the Manager of Payments Account Management, you will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers dedicated to driving payment volume and customer retention for Mindbody's payment solutions. You will coach account managers across experience levels, providing targeted feedback that accelerates skill development and enhances team performance. Your role will involve developing and executing onboarding and training programs that set new hires up for immediate impact.

You will be responsible for driving strategic team operations, ensuring that your team meets its performance goals while also focusing on employee development. Crafting precise sales forecasts will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will maintaining a comprehensive view of the team's performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs.
