You have a strong background in backend engineering, with a focus on building scalable systems that support high transaction volumes. You understand the hospitality industry and are passionate about creating solutions that enhance the user experience for both hotel guests and accommodation providers. Your technical expertise allows you to tackle interconnected problems and design systems that are efficient and reliable.
You are a proactive communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
