Cloudbeds is seeking a Regional Director of Customer Success to lead their team in Thailand. You'll drive customer satisfaction and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, ideally with 5+ years of experience in managing teams and driving customer satisfaction. You excel in communication and can effectively collaborate with both Thai and international teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your meticulous and results-driven approach allows you to keep customer retention high and churn low, making you a trusted advisor to your clients.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable leading a diverse team of customer success professionals. Your ability to motivate and inspire your team members is key to creating a best-in-class customer experience. You understand the hospitality industry and are passionate about helping hoteliers transform their operations through innovative solutions.
Desirable
Experience in the hospitality sector or with SaaS products is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by hoteliers. What you'll do
