Overview

Cloudbeds is hiring an Associate Billing Specialist to support customers with billing and subscription inquiries. You'll collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience. This position is entry-level and fully remote.

Job Description

Who you are

You are detail-oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment. As an Associate Billing Specialist, you will ensure that Cloudbeds customers receive the support they need regarding billing and subscription inquiries. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy working with various teams to enhance processes and customer experiences.

You are comfortable handling billing-related tickets through email or phone and managing exit interviews for cancellations. Your analytical skills will help you identify trends and contribute to process improvements, ensuring accuracy in subscription records and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the Billing Team, working closely with other departments to resolve subscription-related product bugs and issues. You will analyze customer inquiries and feedback to identify areas for improvement, contributing to a seamless subscription experience for our customers. Your role will involve direct communication with customers, providing them with timely and accurate information regarding their billing inquiries.

You will also collaborate with your team to tackle unique challenges and improve processes, ensuring that the billing experience is as smooth as possible for all users. Your contributions will directly impact the overall customer experience, making it essential for you to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
