You are a curious and empathetic individual with a strong commitment to developing your skills and helping others. You have experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Customer Solutions Engineer or in a similar capacity. Your ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin or Cantonese allows you to connect with a diverse range of clients and understand their unique needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Desirable

Experience with Cloudflare products and services is a plus, as is familiarity with internet security and performance optimization. You have a knack for problem-solving and enjoy tackling technical challenges head-on. Your background in technology or engineering equips you with the knowledge to guide customers through complex solutions.

What you'll do

As a Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. You will engage with Enterprise customers to ensure they understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform to its fullest extent. Your role will involve conducting technical presentations, providing product demonstrations, and assisting customers with implementation and troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and drive successful outcomes.

You will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with product teams to help shape future developments. Your expertise will be crucial in helping customers optimize their use of Cloudflare services, leading to improved performance and security for their internet applications. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with Cloudflare.
