What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and how Cloudflare can help address them. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and other team members to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Your role will involve providing technical guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize Cloudflare's services. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance customer value.

You will engage with customers through various channels, including meetings, webinars, and documentation, to educate them about Cloudflare's offerings and best practices. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in helping customers understand the benefits of our solutions. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service delivery.
