Experience with web performance optimization and security solutions is a plus. Familiarity with networking concepts and cloud services will help you excel in this role. A background in technical support or solutions architecture can also be beneficial.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will act as a trusted advisor for our Enterprise customers, guiding them through the implementation and optimization of our services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Cloudflare platform.
