What you'll do

As a Senior Cloudflare One GTM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping customers adopt Cloudflare's solutions — you will work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise will help customers understand how to leverage Cloudflare's services to enhance their online presence and security.

You will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement — your insights will drive the development of new strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will help shape messaging and positioning for Cloudflare's offerings.

You will lead training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers, ensuring everyone is equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed — your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be key to your success in this role.

You will also contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and resources that support the sales team in their efforts to drive customer engagement and adoption — your creativity and attention to detail will help create compelling content that resonates with potential customers.
