What you'll do

As a Scrum Lead at Cloudflare, you will be responsible for guiding multiple teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that teams are focused and productive. Your role will involve coaching team members on Agile principles and practices, helping them to continuously improve their processes and performance.

You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized, enabling teams to deliver high-quality work on time. You will also be responsible for identifying and removing impediments that may hinder the team's progress, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

In addition to team management, you will collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches within the organization to share best practices and drive Agile transformation across Cloudflare. Your insights and leadership will contribute to the overall success of the IT/Enterprise Engineering, Planning and Governance Team, ensuring that Cloudflare continues to operate at its most efficient level.
