What you'll do

As the Program Lead, you will drive initiatives that support startups and venture capital efforts at Cloudflare — you will collaborate with internal teams to develop programs that enhance the startup ecosystem and promote innovation. Your role will involve engaging with external partners, including accelerators and investors, to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with Cloudflare's mission of building a better Internet — this includes identifying key areas for investment and support, as well as measuring the impact of these initiatives on the startup community. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the needs of startups are considered in Cloudflare's offerings.

You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation within Cloudflare — by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities, you will help connect startups with resources and expertise that can accelerate their growth. Your leadership will be essential in guiding teams to think creatively and embrace new ideas.
