Who you are

You are an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies — you have successfully led teams in delivering high-quality solutions and understand the importance of fostering a collaborative environment. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with Product Owners, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your proactive approach helps teams self-organize and continuously improve, ensuring that they deliver value to the business. You are adaptable and can navigate challenges, promoting a culture of transparency and high performance within the Agile delivery organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a servant-leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, guiding them in Lean-Agile principles and best practices. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your collaboration with Product Managers will be crucial in driving Agile excellence and enhancing team performance. You will work to eliminate obstacles to progress, ensuring that your teams can focus on delivering high-impact solutions. Your leadership will help cultivate a self-organizing, cross-functional, and high-performing Agile team environment, ultimately contributing to the success of 10Pearls' mission to harness technology for social good.
