What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical sale of Cloudflare's solution portfolio, focusing on the Digital Native Business segment. You will engage with potential customers to understand their unique requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions that maximize business value. Your role will involve creating and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Cloudflare's offerings.

You will work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer engagement, ensuring that all technical aspects of the sales process are addressed. This includes preparing technical documentation, responding to RFPs, and participating in customer meetings to provide expert guidance. You will also collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cloudflare's products.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive customer satisfaction and adoption of Cloudflare's solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes, providing ongoing support and guidance as they implement and utilize Cloudflare's services. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
