Desirable

What you'll do

As a Premium Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Cloudflare's services. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for users. Your role involves collaborating with engineering teams to escalate complex problems and provide feedback on product improvements. You will also create and maintain documentation to help customers navigate common issues and enhance their understanding of our services. Additionally, you will participate in training sessions to stay updated on new features and best practices, ensuring you can provide the most accurate and helpful support.
