You have a strong background in backend engineering with a focus on building scalable platforms — you thrive on solving complex engineering challenges and enjoy empowering your peers to enhance their productivity. Your experience includes working with core shared services such as service mesh and multi-tenant fairness, which are crucial for a robust backend platform.
You are well-versed in the Software Development Lifecycle and have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines — your understanding of development environments and release workflows allows you to streamline processes effectively. You have a passion for operational tooling, particularly AI-powered solutions that enhance production visibility and incident response.
Collaboration is key for you — you enjoy working closely with DevOps, Architecture, and Product engineering teams to translate needs into reliable and reusable platform capabilities. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
