What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Product Growth team, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing growth-oriented experiments. You will work on fine-tuning onboarding and registration flows to improve user activation and retention. Your work will focus on the connective tissue of the platform, enhancing the touchpoints that influence user experience. You will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, designers, and product leads to iterate quickly and measure the impact of your work through user behavior and business growth.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing backend solutions that support the growth initiatives of the team. This includes developing scalable systems that can handle increased user engagement and ensuring that the platform remains robust and efficient. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team, sharing your expertise and insights to help guide the development process.
