What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical direction of Cloudinary for Builders, leading a small, autonomous team focused on building the next growth engine for the company. You will define the problems that need solving and evaluate various solution spaces to determine the best approach. Your responsibilities will include creating technical entry points into Cloudinary, such as integrations and plugins, and developing new products that cater to builders in the GenAI-native ecosystem.

You will work closely with your team to ensure that the development process is efficient and effective, without the constraints of a fixed roadmap or traditional project management tools like Jira. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, allowing your team to test ideas rapidly and iterate based on feedback. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring team members and guiding their professional development, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the technical vision of the project.
