What you'll do
As the Director of Production Operations at Clutch, you will take full accountability for the performance and integrity of all Inspection and Reconditioning Centers (IRCs) across Canada. You will lead a team of operational managers and ensure that each site operates within standardized, scalable processes. Your role will involve setting performance metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer service, and technology, to ensure that operational goals align with the overall business strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in driving initiatives that improve the customer experience and streamline operations.
In addition, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs for operational staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and compliance within all IRC facilities.
