What you'll do

In this role, you will create weekly production documents for staging and production, ensuring that plans for Plating and Fulfillment are executed efficiently. You will monitor start and dismissal times, as well as additional daily activities, to maintain a smooth workflow. Your focus will be on driving customer experience by minimizing error rates in plating adherence and fulfillment pick accuracy. You will collaborate with the Plating and Fulfillment team to build and implement production cost techniques that enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will utilize designated technology to assure the quality and accuracy of shipped products, while also reviewing customer error calls to identify trends and improve processes.

HelloFresh offers a competitive salary range of $55,000—$65,000 CAD for this full-time position.
